The overall objective of QUALITY HEALTH project is the improvement of the level of Health and Social Care system in public sector, for people in the cross border area related to the health and social welfare issues.
The expected main outputs of the project are : 
1.The following studies :
-Survey related to the healthcare needs of specific populations 
-Analysis / Comparative study for the use of the equipment purchased with the project (analysis of the quality of the health providers before and after the purchase) ,increased number of potential beneficiaries 
-Guidelines:  collect and analyze the data from questionnaires and make conclusions on the  Stroke risk factor prevalence in Southwestern region of the IPA country and on the Effectiveness of method of health education;
2.Equipment which includes : Medical Machines and instruments, IT hardware and software, Laboratory Equipment.
3.Reports on project results, identified good practices and public health promotion strategies focused on health and social welfare.
4.Seminars for professional and lectures for public  (aprox. 40 visitors per municipality) 
5.Promotional material
6.One evaluation study (on-going) actions and results of the project implementation.

All of the  above outputs will benefit the eligible cross-border regions in fields related to better materials/equipment used in hospitals and medical institututions, to efficiency gains in the duration of the procedures& saving financial resources, effectiveness and efficiency of the operations with health care services, to better conditions for people–patients, better social structures & services, functionality/fully automated systems and expandability ,long service life, autonomy/security and economy in medical procedures.
