Training seminar on financial management for IPA beneficiaries

The National Authority of the Programme (Ministry of Local Self Government) organises a training event in Bitola for IPA beneficiaries.
The content of the training will include both a theoretical and a practical part, with most of the time devoted to interactive exercises.
It is expected that the training will address, among others, the following topics:
- Procedures for request for pre-financing (Letter of Guarantee)
- Appointment and designation process for the FLC Controllers
- FLC Verification process and Certifications
- Co-financing request to National Authority and the disbursement process
- Irregularities (definition) and procedures
Only two participants per beneficiary who are directly involved in aeach project's physical and financial management are invited to attend the training.
