The project entitled “Europos - Palatiano - Stobi - European past and future cultural values”, with the acronym “EuroP@St & Future”, involves four beneficiaries:
• National Institution for Management of the Archaeological Site of Stobi
• Ephorate of Antiquities of Kilkis / Ministry of Sports and Culture
• International Cooperation South Branch office Skopje
• Regional Development Fund of Central Macedonia
The unique historical and archaeological heritage in the Vardar/Axios area, combined with the natural environment, offers an extraordinary opportunity to boost the socio-economic and cultural development of the whole The EuroP@St and Future project’s objective is to enhance the attractiveness of three archaeological sites located in project’s area as lever of tourism development and employability.
• Roman city of STOBI, Republic of North Macedonia
• Classical/Hellenistic and Roman city EUROPOS, Greece – Kilkis
• Roman city of PALATIANO, Greece – Kilkis region.
The Regional Development Fund created a Facebook page to promote the project.
